Five successful graduates after 2.5 years of apprenticeship
Isabelle Hutschenreuter, Head of Apprenticeship, CEO of V-LINE GROUP Tilman Mieseler and and Director of Global HR Arne Hartmann congratulate the 5 former apprentices Joshua Brandenburg, Johanna Busch, Wojciech Hoppe, Sam Heinze and Kevin Bogusz on the successful completion of their apprenticeship in wholesale and foreign trade.
V-LINE EUROPE, a leading international service provider for MRO spare parts procurement, is based in Sehnde near Hanover and employs more than 150 people locally and around 250 worldwide. The company will remain true to its 100% take-over rate in 2025: All five graduates will remain in the team.
Isabelle Hutschenreuter, who accompanied the apprentices throughout their time with the company, is happy about their success and the future collaboration: “I’m happy for you, but also for us, that you are all staying with us. You have shown what you can do and are already an indispensable part of our team. Congratulations on this great success!”
V-LINE relies on the enormous potential and skills of its next generation of employees. They take on responsibility at an early stage, whether it is managing the Instagram channel independently or working on important projects. Internal trainers are on hand to support the apprentices in each department.
Last year, the company was recognised as a top vocational trainer by Best Place to Learn, a seal of quality for apprenticeship companies.
Tilman Mieseler is convinced that the apprentices are in an excellent position after completing their apprenticeship: “It’s a great moment to see how successfully they have completed their apprenticeship at V-LINE. I am happy that our training programme not only prepares them well, but also enables us to attract talented young people to our team in the long term. I look forward to many more years together and thank you for your commitment and trust!”
Kevin Bogusz sums up his experience during his apprenticeship at V-LINE: “The apprenticeship here was a lot of fun and helped me progress in every way. I quickly realised that we have many benefits here at V-LINE that really set us apart from others. You can also see this in our good results. I’m looking forward to my future work in the Procurement Service.”
V-LINE EUROPE is also looking for motivated apprentices who want to start their professional journey at V-LINE and grow together with the company for the start of training in August 2025. There are still some places left.
