Maximilian Gremminger, former apprentice at V-LINE EUROPE, becomes IHK Lower Saxony’s best graduate in the final examinations for wholesale and foreign trade in the field of foreign trade (m/f/d) 2024.

Maximilian Gremminger was honoured by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce as the best in the state of Lower Saxony in the field of foreign trade management. Out of more than 27000 participating apprentices from various professions, 96 were honoured for their outstanding achievements at the state’s best apprentice ceremony in Stade. Maximilian came top in his field – an outstanding achievement that deserves special recognition.

Isabelle Hutschenreuter, Head of Apprenticeship at V-LINE EUROPE, joined Maximilian at the event and looks back on his time as an apprentice with pride: “Looking back, I am particularly impressed by his commitment and willingness to learn. Not only did he complete his tasks with diligence and care, but he was always willing to help others and share his knowledge. These qualities have not only made him the best in Lower Saxony, but will also characterise him in the future.”

Tilman Mieseler, CEO of the V-LINE GROUP, and Arne Hartmann, Director of Global HR, also congratulated Maximilian on his achievement and presented him with a gift in recognition on behalf of V-LINE EUROPE. Tilman Mieseler emphasised: “Thank you for your extraordinary commitment – not only during your apprenticeship, but also in your daily communication with our customers and within the team. Congratulations on this great achievement!”

The question of what to do after his apprenticeship was quickly answered for Maximilian: He decided to stay with V-LINE. “Right from the start I was thrilled by the interaction with our international customers and the wide range of tasks. When the possibility of a job came up, I didn’t have to think twice,” he explains.

V-LINE EUROPE employs 18 apprentices on 4 different apprenticeship programmes and was recently recognised as a top training provider by Best Place to Learn, a quality seal for apprenticeship companies.
