The internal program full of group sessions and discussions, insights and webinars, project and initiative presentations offered a colorful bouquet of topics to V-LINERs all over the world. The best: Everything happened virtually! So everyone was able to join if she or he liked. Whether they wanted to inform themselves about a new start-up cooperation or internal projects, attend different internal department presentations or discuss new business development topics – everything was possible.
One highlight was the leadership workshop with the team leaders of V-LINE EUROPE. With playful group work, discussions and speedback rounds, the new leading models for V-LINE were presented, visualized and directly brought to life by the participants.
The second virtual employee meeting for V-LINE EUROPE summed up the team future week. Tilman Mieseler, CEO of V-LINE EUROPE, concludes: “I like the idea of dedicating a complete week to the future and especially to our employees, the team future.
