New Mexican customer service base in Puebla

V-LINE EUROPE GmbH announced today, the opening of a new Mexican customer service base in Puebla, Mexico for local support of users of the company’s spare parts procurement services and further market penetration.
The office will be under the direction of Gonzalo Espidio Garcia who joined V-LINE recently following a 5 year employment in the automotive industry. “Gonzalo Espidio’s” experience in spare parts planning and international expediting in the plant MRO (maintenance, repair & operations) field made him an ideal choice for this position,“ said Klaus Menzel, General Manager of V-LINE Sehnde, Germany. “The addition of this support function is especially important to the introduction into Mexico of our advanced V-WARETM, that provides for each customer a tailored supply chain solution, backed up by an electronic catalogue allowing their plants to place and track orders online.”
